About Cara
Building on a successful corporate consultancy career, Cara brings her personal experience as a British Army officer, endurance athlete and professional coach to her leadership development consultancy ThriveWell Global, and her groundbreaking REP Method. What if someone is unable to attend one of the live workshops?
Don’t worry, a recording of the workshop will be sent the day after and will be available for 7 days.
How can you ensure the workshop is interactive? The interactivity happens in three ways:
1. Zoom's chat function - we make that very busy from the first minute!
2. Inviting participants to unmute and receive some coaching live.
3. Through exercises that may be completed solo, or in breakout rooms.
What is the expected duration of each workshops?
Each workshop typically lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours. Longer can be catered for.
When do the live workshops happen?
The workshops typically take place at lunchtime on a specific day each week to build a routine. Other times are available.
